REAL MEN – RANK BULLS – RAW SPORT
AT THE
BAD BOY MOWERS PBR EVENT
YOU DON’T FORGET the first time you experience the brutal power of a bull up close. Nothing else compares to watching first hand “Man against powerful beast”.
You certainly won’t forget the person who invited you to experience the Professional Bull Riders. The PBR invites you to share the best........
On Saturday April 14th, Horseworld Stadium in Maraylya is going to come alive with the sound of thundering hooves as the Bad Boy Mowers Professional Bull Riders Touring Pro Series prepares to deliver one of the most anticipated events of the year.
40 of the most accomplished bull riders from around the nation including past and present Australian Champions will converge on Horseworld Arena for what is shaping up to be one of the most exciting bull riding competitions of the year as they prepare to do battle with New South Wales toughest bucking bulls.
With the National Finals just around the corner and the race for the Australian Title is heating up. This event is going to play a crucial role in the PBR qualifying standings for the upcoming Cup Series events in July, which will ultimately provide the Australian Champion with a secured position at the multi-million dollar world Finals in Las Vegas USA later in the year.
This is not a rodeo – this is the mother of all extreme sports wrapped up in a pyrotechnic, pulsating rock concert atmosphere, instant replays and educational bull riding video clips combined with great riders being matched against some of the most extreme bulls in the nation.
Fans will witness an edge of your seat sporting competition like no other, each and every time a PBR Rider nods his head he means business and is willing to put his body and reputation on the line to make the 8 second qualifying whistle delivering many great rides and equally as spectacular buck offs as they try to out think and out manoeuvre these 1000kg bucking bovines.
There will be bulls with huge reputations on show including bulls like Hectic & Dominator from L&M Rodeo Company, 2010 Australian Champion Bucking Bull, Lab Rat, Get Rich Quick and the best bull in the west “The Downside”, which hales from Western Australia and will be making his debut on the PBR Tour but comes with a huge wrap after being un ridden on the Western Australian rodeo circuit.
Also featuring at the Bad Boys Touring Pro Series will be country music sensation “Jayne Denham” who will be performing some of her greatest hit songs like “Ute Chick and Feral Kev & General Leeroy”. With her growing reputation she has been invited to most of the major country music festivals across Australia, including the Gympie Muster, CMC Rocks the Hunter, the Deni Ute Muster, Urban CMF and more. Two albums into her career, Jayne has racked up a series of hit videos on CMC and is fast building a good name in the country music arena!
The support for this event from the local community has been exceptional, local businesses such as Kevin Waters & Sons Towing, Designated Drivers, Hire Force, O’Brien Aluminium, Berni Pave and Bad Boy Mowers all responsible for the PBR making the decision to bring this event to this region, states PBR General Manager, Glen Young.
The day time schedule kicks off at 12pm with the PBR Charity Ute Show where all monies raised will be donated to the Westmead Children’s Oncology ward.
The main event kicks off at 7.30pm sharp with gates opening 5.30pm and the PBR Buckle Up After Party with DJ Grizzly Adams will run through to midnight, so come join the PBR for a weekend of Real Men – Rank Bulls and the Toughest Sport on Earth, this is an event not to be missed.
